There are unlimited resources out there for you to use. Hopefully you are here because you have already determined your niche. If not, it is okay. I will try to take you through the most logical sequence, but sometimes it becomes an evolutionary process. I am going to provide some resources I have used to be succesful.
I am in no way here to tell you who you should or should not uses. There are so many options and platforms to use that are likely all very effective and will lead you to a successful partnership. I do however want to share some options that will potentially help you get on track. How do you go from millions of wholesalers and drop shipping companies to just one or a few.
1) Interact with you prospects - You and your distribution partner should have similar goals and a clear communication platform. If you find communication difficult... get out! The customer is counting on you to deliver, generally in a specific time period. If there are issues or hold-ups in the distribution process, it could destroy your customer experience, and tarnish you business.
2) Outline Terms - Remember that those you work with are businesses also trying to make money. You may get product at wholesale prices, but remember that as a drop shipper you may also incur drop shipping fees and shipping costs. This will instantly cut your margins and leave you with limited marketing dollars.
3) Test Their Service - I've said it before and I will say it again... Be your own customer. Through every experience from the first click through a sales funnel, to the checkout process, to sourcing from distributors, to delivery and quality verification. You need to know and trust your process to ensure your customers experience the best.
4) Growth Opportunity - While there is a lot of value in starting simple and mastering the basics, eventually you will want the opportunity to grow. Make sure your distributors are able to meet growth demand and even expand into new arenas. You want long term partnerships and relationships built on mutual trust.

You are either for or against it in most cases. I am not personally involved with AliExpress distribution, but as an educational platform I want to promote the various opportunities out there. AliExpress is a way buy cheap directly from the manufacturer and offers various dropship delivery options.
Put in the work and find what works for you. Sometimes the best opportunities are less tapped sources. I personally searched and networked my way to my distributor. Simply search "(Your Niche) Dropshipper" or if specifically building for a location "(Your Niche) Dropshipper (Location)".
